Fund multi-RES&R opportunity studies

The opportunity study allows the project owner to have a comprehensive vision of renewable heat and cold solutions technically compatible with the needs of their building or buildings. The study of solutions will be supplemented by a multi-criteria analysis to identify the most relevant energy solution(s) following the EnR'Choix approach.

Thus, this study will notably include:

• a succinct energy assessment of the existing building(s);
• the identification of sobriety and energy efficiency solutions to be implemented in order to establish a realistic baseline energy balance for future years;
• the analysis of all available renewable energy resources (connection to an urban heat and cold network or a geothermal tempered water loop, recovery and/or valorization of waste heat, geothermies, solar thermal, wood energy, aerothermal);
• the study of the adequacy of the energy needs of the building(s) and available resources;
• a multi-criteria analysis to compare these technical scenarios with each other and identify the most relevant solution(s).
