The circulation of artists and works is both a privileged development tool for artistic teams and a major issue for the cultural development of the territory.

Projects supported by the Region must allow for:

• a regional territorial network;
• audience development through mediation and awareness-raising actions;
• support and accompaniment of professional artistic teams in the regional territory;
• strengthening regional cooperation around the artistic projects of regional teams and local territories.

Regional aid particularly aims to encourage communities of municipalities to take on cultural competence. It thus encourages cultural development through quality action programs integrating the dissemination of professional performances and public awareness.
