Organize an audiovisual event

Audiovisual events play an important role in the dissemination of audiovisual and cinematographic works. They strengthen territorial and social cohesion through the mobilization of a large number of volunteers, by carrying out actions outside the festival period (year-round programming, mediation actions, in particular). They thus contribute to cultural democratization and regional planning, sometimes compensating for the lack of infrastructure, particularly in rural or peri-urban areas.

Furthermore, these events work to promote regional heritage and develop tourism. Their role is significant in terms of direct and indirect economic benefits (hotels, restaurants, campsites, etc.). They play an increasing role in the field of sustainable development. The Region supports numerous audiovisual events and promotes their action via its website.

Projects supported by the Region must enable:

• Promote the dissemination and cultural democratization to a wide audience;
• Participate in quality audiovisual dissemination and the renewal of cultural diversity;
• Strengthen the attractiveness of territories for which these events can also generate significant economic and tourist benefits;
