Enable organizations to enhance their service offerings and thus complement the actions of the members of the Regional Public Orientation Service

The Pays de la Loire Region wishes to enable organizations that are not ex officio members of the Regional Public Orientation Service, particularly under articles L6111-3 and L6111-6 of the Labor Code, to have the opportunity to enhance their service offerings and thus complement the actions of the members of the Regional Public Orientation Service. To do this, it has defined specifications that these associated organizations must meet. The label is awarded for 1 year based on an annual action plan. The label will allow associated members to raise the free portion of the apprenticeship tax to finance these information actions on professions and the training that leads to them. For-profit organizations, initial, work-study, or continuing training organizations, training or study actions are excluded from the labeling.

The labeling as an associated member of the Public Orientation Service aims to implement complementary information actions on professions to those already in place and strengthened collaboration with sectoral organizations that can bring their expert knowledge of professions.
