If your project concerns the creation of local shops and/or the creation of a building holding company integrating shops, the Banque des Territoires offers you:

• engineering support
• advice on structuring building holding companies
• equity and quasi-equity investment in ad hoc real estate companies that lease shop premises to operators
• equity and quasi-equity investment in mixed economy companies operating a "retail" project.
