Promote balanced quantitative resource management and multi-purpose projects

The Agency promotes balanced water resource management by supporting multi-purpose projects benefiting natural environments and several sectors, such as for example: drinking water, irrigation, industry, supporting river flows or tourism.

These initiatives aim to reduce withdrawals from the natural environment, particularly during low water periods, thanks to adapted infrastructure or the replenishment of watercourses.
