Strengthening the heart of villages through a service offering adapted to different life paths

The territory has a good network of service centers, but some communes remain more than 15 minutes away from everyday facilities (some more isolated communes on the left bank of the Seine or in the south of the territory in the Lieuvin).

In addition, health service needs are less well met: notably a lack of health professionals (general practitioners, specialists, etc.). This situation is detrimental to the inhabitants of the territory and to its attractiveness.

The increase in the number of single-person households, single-parent families, and the accelerating aging of the population reinforces the need to support projects that foster social ties and solidarity, located in the heart of towns and villages.
