Enhancing local resources through short supply chains with sobriety

In the “Seine Normande” territory, despite diversified agricultural productions (cereals, meat, milk, fruits, fibers, etc.) and quality forest resources (especially hardwoods), processing and valorization are often relocated outside the region or even internationally, which leads to a significant loss of added value and jobs. Long considered only as a source of nuisance, end-of-life products are now considered as a potential source of resources, particularly through repair and reuse.

The valorization of its primary or recycled local resources is a priority to ensure the dynamism of the territory and to meet the challenges of ecological transition.
