restore buildings in a Remarkable Heritage Site (SPR)

Enhance town centers of municipalities approved or eligible for "Petite cité de caractère®" by

the association of Petites cités de caractère® des Pays de la Loire, recognized as a "remarkable heritage site",

protected under a plan for the enhancement of architecture and heritage (PVAP) or an area for

the enhancement of architecture and heritage (AVAP) or a zone for the protection of architectural,

urban and landscape heritage (ZPPAUP).

The ten Petites Cités de Caractère® are:

• Loire-Atlantique: Piriac-sur-Mer
• Maine-et-Loire: Le Coudray-Macouard, Montsoreau
• Sarthe: Asnières-sur-Vègre, Parcé-sur-Sarthe, Sillé-le-Guillaume
• Vendée: Faymoreau, Foussais-Payré, Mouchamps, Rives-d'Autise for the delegated commune of Nieul-sur-l'Autise
