The objective of this scheme is to support innovative projects that promote the transition of libraries towards a service offering enabling them to meet technological challenges as well as the new practices of their users.

Eligible under this scheme are local authorities in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region or their groupings, as well as associations working in the field of public reading and domiciled in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur or having an establishment or branch in the region and having existed for more than one year.
