Supporting the development of Defense and Management Organizations (ODG) and Producer Organizations (OP)

With the aim of structuring agricultural sectors, the Region supports Defense and Management Organizations (ODG) and Producer Organizations (OP) in their deployment.

ODGs or their prefiguration structures are supported during their startup for the creation of a new quality label.
ODGs are also supported when they implement new strategies to:

• Develop new contracting and marketing approaches;
• Develop new markets;
• Update specifications to integrate agro-environmental criteria (ODGs in the wine sector will only be eligible in this case);
• Work on the renewal of producers and the sustainability of production volumes.
  Projects involving pooling between several management organizations will be prioritized.

OPs are supported in their creation phase (less than 2 years) or in their development phase, if they carry an ambitious sector structuring project.

For ODGs:

• new management organization or prefiguration structure;
• existing ODG implementing new development strategies.

For OPs:

• new OP in the European sense of the term;
• existing OP implementing new development strategies.
