Supporting social rental housing and assisted homeownership through land reduction allocation

This aid aims to support social rental housing and assisted homeownership through the allocation of land reduction for social rental housing (PLUS, PLAI, PLS), intermediate rental housing (PLI) and assisted homeownership (PSLA, Bail Réel Solidaire or other scheme for households whose incomes do not exceed PSLA resource ceilings)

Terms:

- Allocation by decision of the EPFLO Board of Directors, in view of the actual difficulty in carrying out the operation without reduction(s) and according to EPFLO's financial capacities

- The reduction amounts are defined by type of housing and per square meter of useful area: PLAI 135 €/m2 SU; PLUS/BRS 110 €/m2 SU; PLS 75 €/m2 SU; PLI 25 €/m2 SU; assisted homeownership (excluding BRS) 60 €/m2 SU

- Eligibility for "housing" land reduction is conditional, like any housing operation, on compliance with a minimum density of 20 dwellings per hectare, or that of the urban planning document if it is higher. (In the case of non-collective sanitation, the area required for sanitation is not included in the density calculation)

- Transfers to a private operator carrying out housing within the framework of a Sale in Future State of Completion (VEFA) to a social landlord are not eligible for…
