What it is: This Notice establishes the methods for granting economic contributions intended for businesses in the Lombardy territory, with the aim of promoting the insertion and permanence in the labor market of persons with disabilities, as defined by Law n. 68/99. Through these contributions, the aim is to counter the risks of social marginalization and job insecurity, as well as to promote more effective integration between the entrepreneurial system and the culture of inclusion. Who it is for: The Notice is aimed at private companies of any size and sector of activity, with an operational headquarters in the Province of Como, where the recipient for whom the contribution is requested works; public entities are excluded, for which only internship allowances can be requested and not hiring incentives. What it provides: This measure AXIS I - Hiring Incentive Line - Extracurricular Internship Activation Line is aimed at supporting the entry and permanence in the labor market of people with disabilities through specific employment assistance interventions aimed at employers with business characteristics. The planned interventions include hiring incentives and contributions for the activation of internships.

This announcement applies only to the Direct Component and is only for applications for eligible non-construction activities, including projects with or without a non-federal cost-share for another federally funded project or program. This announcement also includes planning assistance needed to prepare the Multiyear Implementation Plan (Multiyear Plan) required by the RESTORE Act. To apply for eligible activities involving construction and/or acquisition of real property or any other activity that requires a permit from a federal or state agency, including natural resource restoration projects, applicants should use the construction and real property acquisition funding opportunity announcement (GR-RDC-25-002).Trust Fund amounts are available to carry out eligible activities described in the RESTORE Act and Treasury’s implementing regulations at 31 CFR 34.201.
