Les déchets assimilés représentent pour la collectivité un enjeu majeur pour la maîtrise des coûts de collecte et de traitement , mais aussi un levier de service aux activités économiques, qui impliquent une articulation et une cohérence à l’échelle du territoire : du conseil aux entreprises pour moins produire de déchets et mieux trier, jusqu’à la valorisation des déchets. Plus largement, se saisir de la question des déchets d’activités économiques sur son territoire permet à la fois d’ optimiser le SPPGD (Service public de prévention et de gestion des déchets), mais aussi d’ accompagner le développement économique des entreprises . Répondre à cet appel à candidatures permet d’être accompagné en fonction des priorités du territoire , de manière individuelle et adaptée, à partir des trois axes de travail suivants (un ou plusieurs axes peuvent être sélectionnés par la collectivité lors de sa candidature) : Axe 1 – Accompagner directement les entreprises du territoire pour réduire et mieux valoriser leurs déchets Établir un état des lieux des professionnels producteurs de déchets, les accompagner pour développer l’efficience et la sobriété matière et ainsi réduire la quantité de déchets assimilés sur le territoire. Pour déposer votre dossier de candidature, vous devez utiliser le dispositif « Économie circulaire - Collectivités » avec les filtres suivants dans le chapitre 2. Rassemblez l’ensemble des documents : Votre projet, sélectionner : Animation/Communication/Formation. L’objet de votre projet, sélectionner : Sobriété, prévention. Axe 2 – Perfectionner, étendre ou mettre en œuvre une redevance spéciale Les études et les investissements sont éligibles. Dans le cadre d’un soutien à l’investissement, la collectivité devra justifier le caractère incitatif de la redevance spéciale proposée, et chiffrer son impact sur la baisse des déchets résiduels. Pour déposer votre dossier de candidature, vous devez utiliser le dispositif « Économie circulaire - Collectivités » avec les filtres suivants dans le chapitre 2. Rassemblez l’ensemble des documents : Pour une étude : Votre projet, sélectionner : Diagnostic et études de faisabilité. L’objet de votre projet, sélectionner : Redevance spéciale. Axe 3 – Permettre le développement de solutions adaptées pour mieux collecter et valoriser les déchets d’activités économiques Établir un état des lieux et structurer les filières de collecte/tri/valorisation, dont les déchèteries. CMEI intends to issue, on behalf of AFFO, a NOFO titled, “Accelerating Scale-up and Pre-piloting of Emerging Chemical Technologies (ASPECT).” This NOFO will seek applications for financial assistance from entities that wish to conduct work in support of AFFO's focus on emerging chemical technologies. AFFO supports expanding the supply and use of domestic alternative feedstocks to improve supply chain resiliency of U.S. chemical production and to expand domestic manufacturing through technology innovation to lower costs and improve environmental safety of chemical production.[1] Through this NOFO, AFFO seeks to support research, development, and scale-up of novel technologies for producing chemicals from alternative and waste feedstocks. Chemicals of interest include foundational molecules that can be further transformed into high-value end-products, chemical compounds or derivatives generated either from these foundational molecules or directly from alternative feedstocks through process intensification, as well as final end-products. This NOFO will aim to support work involving chemicals that offer advantages in terms of performance or cost, or that offer benefits to America’s foreign trade or national security. The proposed chemicals can be either conventional or bio-advantaged chemicals. Conventional chemicals must possess added benefits like improved domestic supply chain resiliency, reduced U.S. imports, reduced cost, or large market growth potential. Bio-advantaged chemicals must possess favorable properties—such as enhanced durability, production efficiency, or decreased toxicity—that create new value propositions. Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Neurofibromatosis Research Program (NFRP) Neurofibromatosis Research Academy – Leadership Award (NFRALA) supports visionary, established neurofibromatosis (NF) investigators with documented history of neurofibromatosis funding, publications, strong mentorship and commitment to leadership to serve as Director and Deputy Director of the Neurofibromatosis Research Academy. The Academy Director and Deputy Director will execute a multi-institutional, interactive, virtual research academy that consists of scholars, who are early-career investigators, and their career guides, who serve as the scholars’ primary mentors. Distinctive Features: • Academy Director: Established NF investigators at or above the level of Associate Professor, or equivalent, at the full application submission deadline. • Academy Deputy Director: Investigators at or above the level of Associate Professor, or equivalent, at the full application deadline and affiliated with a different institution than the Academy Director. • Pilot Research Project: The Academy Director and Deputy Director will conduct one or more pilot research projects in collaboration with the academy scholars. Lead-Safe and Healthy Homes Financing Demonstration

This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) announces up to $10 million to support a National Fund Manager (NFM) to design and manage a Lead-Safe and Healthy Homes Financing Demonstration (the Fund). The Fund will be a national platform to pool public and private capital to accelerate the reduction of residential lead exposure, particularly childhood lead poisoning, and improve housing-related health conditions in low-income communities ("lead-safe and healthy homes activities").While HUD and EPA programs have addressed lead and other environmental hazards in many homes, progress remains slow relative to the scale of need. For example, since 1993, HUD has remediated lead hazards in over 230,000 low-income housing units, but tens of millions of U.S. households continue to face risk from lead and additional residential environmental stressors. Expanding access to private capital alongside public funding is critical to increasing the pace and scale of remediation.Traditional home repair financing remains difficult to access due to strict underwriting, high denial rates, and lender risk concerns, leaving many older homes in disrepair. The Fund will build upon successful local models that combine public and private resources and expand this approach nationally by aggregating capital and supporting local financing programs.The NFM will be responsible for leveraging the initial $10 million in public funds to raise private capital investments, structuring financing mechanisms, and providing technical assistance to support the Fund's operations. The NFM will also be responsible for the distribution of the funds through eligible activities by using no more than $1 million of the federal award for administrative activities, while deploying the remaining capital through loans, grants, and other financial products that flow to state, regional, and local governments and nonprofit organizations selected by the NFM. The NFM will select and enter into agreements with organizations, which will in turn provide financing for conducting lead-safe and healthy homes activities in homes of low-income homeowners and homes owned by small landlords, in low-income communities. HUD will maintain oversight through review of Fund structure, performance, and compliance rather than by participating in investment selection decisions.The organizations selected for funding by the NFM will ensure that the financing conditions require use of appropriately qualified contractors, laboratories, and financial entities in accordance with applicable Federal, state, and local requirements and this NOFO. The NFM will establish and oversee compliance, reporting, and quality assurance processes to ensure that lead-safe and healthy homes activities are performed and financed in accordance with program requirements.
