The health and social action sector plays a major role in the development of the regional territory. A strong competence of the Region, health and social work training finances and supports the paths of more than 18,500 pupils and students each year. In order to modernize health and social work training establishments and offer pupils and students the best living and study conditions, the Region is committed to supporting investment projects that are part of the orientations of the regional health and social work training plan and its sustainable development policy. The objective is to enable these future professionals to study in good conditions corresponding to the training standards and the tools they use in their various internship locations.

Les agences de la Région ont pour mission : Accompagner / professionnaliser les filières des arts de la scène, des arts visuels et du livre ; Programmer / promouvoir les richesses artistiques et patrimoniales auprès du grand public ; Observer / informer en faveur de prise de décisions stratégiques par les acteurs publics. Dans un même dynamique d’accompagnement des filières, la Région soutient les réseaux professionnels qui mettent en œuvre la mise en réseau, la professionnalisation et l’animation des acteurs professionnels. Le dépôt doit se faire selon le règlement financier en vigueur : pour une action spécifique, la demande doit être déposée au plus tard 3 mois avant le début de l'action pour une demande d'exploitation, la demande doit être déposée au plus tard 3 mois avant le début de l'exercice comptable de la structure pour une demande d'investissement, la demande doit se faire trois mois au plus tard avant le début de l'action, de l'achat, des travaux....

Sensibiliser les publics à la mer

Il s'agit de développer la sensibilisation des publics dans tous les domaines ayant traits à la mer et au littoral (préservation des espaces marins et littoraux, circuits courts des produits de la mer, modification des comportements…), d'utiliser le Parlement de la mer comme ‘ caisse de résonance’ pour faire savoir et partager le savoir-faire, promouvoir l’identité maritime de notre région et développer la connaissance des métiers de la mer pour participer au développement de l’emploi maritime. Les aides accordées sont des subventions de fonctionnement. Elles sont donc examinées sur la base d’un programme d’activités ou d’actions spécifique explicitement identifiées : Sur des actions ou des campagnes régionales sur la protection de l’environnement marin et littoral, sur les changements de comportements et sur le patrimoine maritime. Sur la promotion et le développement de l’emploi maritime pour toutes et tous sur le territoire régional, sur l’accompagnement vers l’emploi maritime (maritimisation des compétences, validation des acquis de l’expérience, etc. ..,) sur la sensibilisation des acteurs de l’emploi aux métiers de l’économie maritime, sur le soutien de l’égalité femmes-hommes dans les métiers maritimes et sur la contribution à l’objectif national de 32 % de métiers mixtes (contre 12 % actuellement.)
