What is it: The call aims to support research, development, and innovation valorization (RDI) activities through the provision of expenditure contributions under the terms provided in the call itself, such as: - the development and/or advancement of significant scientific and technological results in the research areas identified in the 2021-2027 Regional Smart Specialization Strategy of the Piedmont Region; - in the case of more advanced stage projects, their relative validation and incorporation into the production processes/offer of companies in correspondence with a demonstrable competitive advantage and concrete business opportunities at a single or supply chain level. To achieve the aforementioned objectives, the Measure is divided into the following two Lines of intervention, characterized by different targets and eligible project categories: Line 1 - Support for industrial research activities and experimental development; Line 2 - Support for industrial research activities, experimental development, and innovation in an advanced phase configuring a defined plan for industrial/commercial valorization of results. What it is: A support measure to promote gender equality and foster the growth of solid and aware female-led businesses, through the provision of non-repayable grants intended for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Varese with the presence of female entrepreneurs with care and/or assistance burdens for children up to 14 years old or family members with recognized disabilities. To whom it is addressed: The call is aimed at micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Varese (beneficiary entities) in which there is at least one female entrepreneur, with care and assistance burdens towards: - children up to 14 years old, living together; - children, parents and/or spouse or de facto partner, with recognized disability (pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 3, of law 104/92). This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the BJA FY2026 Veterans Treatment Court Program. This opportunity supports the implementation and enhancement of veterans’ treatment court (VTC) operations to reduce the use of opioids, stimulants, and other substances, including alcohol, by high-risk/high-need veterans in the criminal justice system. VTCs effectively integrate substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health disorder (MHD) treatment, mandatory drug testing, incentives and sanctions, and transitional services in judicially supervised court settings that have jurisdiction over veterans in the criminal justice system who have SUD and/or co-occurring mental health disorders (MHSUD), including those with a history of violence and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and/or traumatic brain injury (TBI).

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the BJA FY 2026 Prosecuting Cold Cases Using DNA (COLD) Program. This opportunity supports prosecutors in the investigation and prosecution of violent cold case crimes where a DNA profile from a suspect is already developed. This initiative aims to enhance public safety, hold violent offenders accountable, and further case resolution for victims and their families. Law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies may utilize this funding for investigative and prosecutorial activities, as well as crime and forensic analysis that could increase the rate of successful prosecutions and/or other appropriate resolution of cases.
