Benefit from support from an energy manager/energy advisor to: inventory assets, analyze and monitor energy consumption and expenses, propose improvements and define priorities for a multi-year action plan, receive support for implementing actions, valorize energy saving certificates, monitor post-work performance, be aware of and informed about energy issues,... and also receive support for implementing obligations related to the "tertiary eco-energy" scheme.
Benefit from reduced-cost energy audits: thanks to a framework agreement carried by SIEGE 27 with a remaining cost for the municipality set between 20 and 75%.
Valorize your energy saving certificates: provider made available free of charge to verify the eligibility of expenses then collect the necessary supporting documents.
Benefit from a €10,000 grant for any work eligible for energy saving certificates over €20,000.
