Support for the creation of outdoor accommodation

In order to develop the capacity and quality of tourist accommodation in the Haute-Marne territory, the departmental council provides financial support to project owners for their investments.

Support for the following investments:

I - servicing of land intended to accommodate a camping-caravanning site, a motorhome area, a holiday village, a tourist residence, unusual accommodation,

II - installation of accommodation units such as chalets, mobile homes, permanent accommodation, unusual accommodation (caravans, cabins, yurts, etc.),

III - establishment of structural equipment annexed to or near existing or soon-to-be-created tourist accommodation structures.

Provided that the structure complies, at the end of the works, in accordance with current legislation, with the following standards:

• fire safety
• accessibility for people with disabilities
• thermal
