AID FOR THE MODERNIZATION OF RENTAL ACCOMMODATION BELONGING TO A MUNICIPALITY AND THEIR GROUPS

Objective

To help municipalities and their groups, owners of tourist rentals, modernize their gîte-type accommodation.

Modernization works and comfort improvement.

Exclusions

Beneficiaries

Municipalities and their groups, owners of tourist rentals, adhering to a label recognized by the Department, or in the process of obtaining a label within one year from the submission of the grant application, whose structure is classified 1 ear minimum.

Please note that the municipality or group of municipalities that has obtained the maximum possible aid cannot request new departmental intervention before a period of five years from the year of payment of the balance of the grant.

Eligible expenses

The floor for eligible expenses is set at 6,000 € HT.

Specifying that for specific expenses such as expenses related to a swimming pool, the structure must have a capacity of at least 10 people.

Please note: the minimum financial contribution of the project owner cannot be less than the 20% threshold set in article L.1111-10 of the CGCT, of the total amount of funding provided by public entities for this project.
