Banque des Territoires offers a co-financing solution for project management or client-side support for projects:

• Of renovation of a significant heritage;
• Whose nature, amount and scope (functional and geographical) are defined;
• For which you need to support project management and/or client-side support.

Banque des Territoires co-finances project management assistance projects within the framework of an EPC (Energy Performance Contract) or energy renovation. Funding covers the following missions:

• Completion of additional technical studies;
• Drafting of the DCE (tender document for companies) and the CCTP (special technical specifications);
• Selection of offers;
• Monitoring of works;
• Reception;
• Monitoring of reservations;
• Commissioning of the building following its renovation.
