Request for a contribution to the thermal response test, necessary to characterize the average thermal properties of the traversed terrains

ADEME supports you in financing thermal response tests, a procedure that allows to characterize:

• the average thermal properties of the traversed terrains,
  
• and of the tested vertical geothermal probe.

The objective of the thermal response test (TRT) is to provide information on the average thermal properties of the ground and thus on the interest of being able to do geothermal energy on probe fields for heating and cooling the buildings concerned.
