Massively develop cycling infrastructure so that a greater proportion of daily journeys are made by bicycle

The objective is to massively develop cycling infrastructure so that a greater proportion of daily journeys are made by bicycle. The presented scheme consists of the Region providing financial support to project leaders who develop cycling facilities around establishments and hubs that it considers priorities and for which bicycle accessibility must be encouraged and facilitated. These include:

• stations (rail and bus stations of the Zou! network);
• regional educational and training establishments;
• equipment and hubs considered structuring for a territory (defined in the Operational Mobility Contracts).

• municipalities and their groupings;
• development or inter-municipal syndicates and other public bodies (local public development company, public establishment).

Criterion 1:

• belong to a cycling scheme route or Mobility Plan or Simplified Mobility Plan or equivalent document showing cycling routes. A connection between a cycling route and the equipment to be served also constitutes an eligible project.

Criterion 2:
