And if your project concerns:

the development of safe cycling routes included in:

National Cycle Route Scheme (SNV)

Grand Est Region Cycling Master Plan provided that:

the cycling route is directly connected to the National Cycle Route Scheme or indirectly connected by an already open regional interest route

The route must be included in a departmental cycling plan (if existing) and failing that, in a local cycling plan

Projects with a length of less than 2 km or concerning only the perimeter of a central commune will not be prioritized.
