Develop an offer of unusual accommodations

Through this program, the Grand Est Region has decided to support an innovative and differentiating offer around unusual accommodation.

The aim is to support quality unusual accommodation creation projects (permanent structures, excluding tipis, yurts, and removable bubbles, etc.).

The objectives of the program are more specifically to support projects in light of the following strategic priorities:

• strengthening a regional image of quality, modernity, and innovation and differentiation;
• development of investments and sustainable development practices.

Note: Obligation to establish a minimum of 3 units in case of creation ex-nihilo (for extension programs of existing sites, the minimum number of units created may be studied according to the quality of the project, the notoriety of the site, etc.).

A 2-year grace period is applied before any new subsidy request once the aid ceiling has been received. This period runs from the last deliberation approved by the Permanent Commission taking this ceiling into account.
