• Information on the legal framework, regulatory context, administrative procedures, retention periods and final fate of documents, public accessibility periods.
• General scientific and technical advice.
• Sending documentation as needed (see advice sheets).

Support for first-level project management (free intervention):

On-site visit:

• Inventory of the classification of the entire collection.
• Recommendations for its processing by priorities.
• Assistance for the classification, sorting and organization of current files in secretariats (in accordance with the management table provided by the departmental archives).
• Raising awareness among producing services about good archiving practices.
