Your community has a wood energy project, SIEL-TE can support you in its realization or, through transfer of skills, ensure project management. In this case, a commune or a group of communes does not have to bear the investment.

4 SOLUTIONS TO SET UP A WOOD-ENERGY PROJECT WITH SIEL-TE

DELEGATED PROJECT MANAGEMENT - SKILLS TRANSFER "HEAT PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION"

By transfer of skills from the community, SIEL-TE is responsible for the studies and the execution of the project works. It receives, in place of the community, any subsidies allocated by the various funders.

The works thus carried out remain the property of SIEL-TE for 20 years, which ensures their maintenance and leases them to the community. A contribution is called for 20 years in the form of rent and includes a contribution from the community allowing to reach 100% of the ex-tax amount of the studies and works, the costs related to specialized maintenance and a provision for the replacement of equipment in case of breakage.

The community continues to be involved in the project since the purchase of the various fuels and fluids (wood, auxiliary, electricity, water, telephone) remains its responsibility. The community invoices heat to its subscribers, if applicable.
