You can benefit from the aid, if you are:
A Municipality
An EPCI (Intercommunal Public Cooperation Establishment), including SIVOM (Multi-purpose Intercommunal Syndicates) and SIVU (Single-purpose Intercommunal Syndicates)
A public establishment, an industrial and commercial public service (SPIC) and an administrative public service (SPA) attached to a commune or an EPCI including CCAS (Communal Social Action Centers) and PETR (Territorial and Rural Balance Poles)
A consular chamber (Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Chambers of Trades and Crafts, Chambers of Agriculture)
An association
A company, including large companies, agricultural holdings, liberal professions, large retailers, tourism professionals (registered with the chamber of agriculture or as furnished tourist accommodation)
A social landlord, within the meaning of article R323-1 of the CCH
