The installation of a boiler room and its associated heating network offers many advantages, including the pooling of maintenance and fuel supply, as well as an optimization of energy costs.

With the "heat production and distribution" competence, Te61 continues its commitment to energy transition by allowing member communities to equip themselves with wood-energy boiler rooms. A "turnkey" service for the community, which is supported throughout the project.

To find out whether or not it is possible to create a wood-energy boiler room, Te61 carries out an opportunity note. This does not replace a subsequent feasibility study, but allows the specifications to be established.

An agreement established between the member community and Te61 defines the terms. For low-power installations, the opportunity note is often the only reflection step necessary for the project.
