Actions promoting the presence, visibility, and use of French in all areas of economic, scientific, cultural, and social life can be supported and subsidized by the Ministry of Culture.

"Language of the Republic" under the Constitution, the French language is a common good, a guarantee of unity that brings together our citizens, but also the entire community of French speakers worldwide. In France itself, a "right to French" is guaranteed by the legal framework, defined by the Toubon law of August 4, 1994. All areas of our society, on a daily basis, are concerned: public services, education, research, businesses, the world of work, consumption, media or advertising, etc.

Support for the employment and dissemination of the French language aims to promote the presence of French in economic, social, cultural, and scientific life, especially when this presence is constitutive of an issue of economic development, social cohesion, accessibility or attractiveness of our country, or when it allows for a strengthening of Francophone solidarities.
