Install renewable energy heating systems

Objectives Support financially thermal renewable energy projects. This national scheme is managed by Grenoble Alpes Métropole on its territory by delegation from ADEME, to finance thermal renewable energy projects and provide project holders with advice, and support to facilitate commissioning and operation.

Eligible operations Installations of - Solar thermal; - Biomass/Wood energy; - Geothermal energy; - Heat network. Projects, regardless of the power of the renewable heat system to be installed, can benefit from financial aid that can go up to 50% of the investment and which are compatible with other public aid (Department, Region...). All aid can cover the investment up to 80% (according to the rules for combining public aid).

Applications are processed on a rolling basis by Grenoble-Alpes Métropole. The ALEC (Local Energy and Climate Agency) supports project holders from project definition, to the assembly of subsidy applications, up to monitoring the proper functioning of the installations.
