Emergency aid scheme for securing communal heritage that has suffered serious damage following a major civil accident, a natural disaster (flood, storm, thunderstorm, ground movement, land subsidence or seismic tremor, avalanche), attack, act of terrorism, act of vandalism, break-in or attempted break-in that has seriously damaged the heritage concerned and makes rescue or securing necessary.
