Organize and control electricity distribution and ensure project management of works

The organization of the public electricity service has been entrusted to TERRITOIRE D'ENERGIE GARD-SMEG for all 350 municipalities in the Gard department. Thus, it owns the departmental medium and low voltage electricity network. It organizes and controls the public electricity distribution service, and also ensures project management of the works.

CONCEALMENT: For rural and urban municipalities:
municipal share ranging from 5 to 30% (with a ceiling for subsidized works at 140,000 or 150,000 € HT), according to criteria (Urban or rural municipalities, paying the TCCFE to TE Gard or not)
REINFORCEMENT/SECURIZATION: For rural municipalities:
0% to the municipality as long as it pays the TCCFE to TE Gard
30% to the municipality when it does not pay the TCCFE to TE Gard.
Ceiling for subsidized works: 140,000 € HT
EXTENSION: For rural municipalities:
10% participation for municipalities or other communities
20% participation for a private request
