The objective of this measure is to support the work of organizations that strive to:
- Perpetuate the memory and honor all those who fought, died for France and for our freedom during the conflicts of the 20th and 21st centuries.
- Honor those who were victims of all genocides and barbarism.
- Keep alive the work of remembrance undertaken by our fellow citizens repatriated from Algeria, Harkis and Pieds Noirs.

Any project contributing to the duty of remembrance, whether commemorative, documentary or educational, is eligible.
- Construction, expansion and renovation of buildings for use as historical documentation centers open to the public
- Digitization of specific archives for public communication
- Purchase of digital and multimedia equipment contributing to the public dissemination of knowledge
- Publication of paper or digital historical works, creation and enrichment of websites dedicated to history and the dissemination of knowledge
- Purchase of commemorative material dedicated to public ceremonies
