• Contribute to structuring an accessible and quality artistic and cultural offer throughout the year, complementary to festivals and events
• Promote the presence of artists in the territory and support artists, especially regional ones, in their careers and support the employment of professionals
• Welcome major artists and works of contemporary art in the field of visual arts
• Contribute to cultural development and the economic and tourist attractiveness of the territory
• Promote the encounter of cultural offerings with the most diverse audiences, through dissemination, mediation, participation and the search for new audiences
• Encourage professional and territorial cooperation in a dynamic of sector and mutualization
• Encourage an eco-responsible approach

Eligible for regional aid are:

• venues and production and/or distribution structures managed by artists or cultural professionals,
• having an establishment or a branch located in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region,
• having at least one year of existence at the date of the vote,
• in compliance with the regulations related to obtaining an updated entertainment entrepreneur's license,
