The objectives of this measure are:
- to promote the development and renewal of meeting places between writers, authors and readers or non-readers throughout the regional territory
- to encourage reading promotion actors to host writers and authors as part of the organization of an event or a residency
- to contribute to the economic attractiveness of the territories and to the professionalization of book actors in the region
- Local authorities
- Associations whose registered office is located in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur or having an establishment or a branch in the Provence Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, having at least one year of existence
This measure aims to support projects corresponding to the following orientations:
- the hosting of writers and authors as part of an event or a program of events that includes meetings and debates open to the general public as well as a cultural action of research and awareness of new readers, in particular young people, high school students and apprentices.
- the hosting of a writer or an author in residence combining artists' creation time and support actions for the public.
