Support for restoration projects of buildings, decorative elements, monumental furniture, and objects of public or private ownership

Its objective is to support restoration projects for buildings, decorative elements, monumental furniture, and objects of public or private ownership, whether or not they are protected as historical monuments, within a chronological range between the 5th century AD and 30 years before the present.

• Public or private owners whose property concerned by the application has been studied by the General Inventory or is located in an area currently being studied by the General Inventory.

Private legal entities wishing to act as project managers for work on a work belonging to a public entity must provide proof of a project management delegation agreement with the owner.

Eligible project types: preventive conservation, restoration, rehabilitation, and safety compliance work.

Ineligible projects

• Reconstruction of destroyed buildings or parts of buildings,
• Creation ex-nihilo, including unexecuted historical projects,
• Purchase of objects or furniture,
• Construction, replacement of a religious instrument or an organ
• Comfort works (heating, air conditioning, furnishing)
• Adaptation to non-heritage uses,
• Signage and lighting.
