The Region's agencies have the following missions:
- Support / professionalize the performing arts, visual arts, and book sectors;
- Program / promote artistic and heritage riches to the general public;
- Observe / inform for strategic decision-making by public actors.
In the same dynamic of supporting the sectors, the Region supports professional networks that implement networking, professionalization, and animation of professional actors.
Eligible are:
- associations and public establishments with an establishment or a branch
- located in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region
- having at least one year of existence on the date of the vote
- in compliance with regulations related to obtaining an updated entertainment entrepreneur's license, intellectual property and labor law
- subsidized by at least two institutional partners
Projects must demonstrate the following actions:
- actions to highlight the region's cultural skills and achievements
- general and regular information actions for cultural sector structures
