This permanent top-up scheme provides additional funding from the Department of Saône-et-Loire. This aid complements the subsidies granted by the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region within the framework of the "Bocages et Paysages" and "Vergers de sauvegarde" schemes. It allows to cover up to 80% of eligible expenses for a planting project located in Saône et Loire that has been previously selected under the regional schemes. These aids are open to individuals, local authorities, associations, as well as, only for Bocages et Paysages, to farmers.

Renovation of public buildings is a major challenge for the energy transition. SIEDS supports local authorities in their quick-win energy renovation works on their public buildings. Support and funding for standardized actions (list below) in buildings for which no major rehabilitation work is planned within 4/5 years. Actions in public buildings are considered quick-win because they help control costs, prevent consumption overruns, and prepare buildings for complete rehabilitation. Program not subject to prior energy audit by SIEDS.

The mixed syndicate of the PNR des Baronnies provençales connects a network of professionals likely to intervene in schools, colleges, high schools and leisure and holiday centers in the field of education about the territory and the environment, with pedagogical communities. The interventions of professionals are financed thanks to regional subsidies managed by the mixed syndicate of the Park. Professionals and teachers thus enter a network of professionals who can benefit from training in the field of education about the territory and the environment. Projects are promoted in several media supported by the mixed syndicate of the Park.
Optimize public lighting

The Parc naturel régional des Baronnies provençales union supports the municipalities of the Park that wish to commit to modernizing/reducing their public lighting. As part of the preparation for the "International Dark Sky Reserve" (RICE) label, the Park union can organize and lead information meetings to present the challenges of reducing night lighting, connect the municipality with lighting experts depending on the territory (26 or 05), formulate technical recommendations adapted to each project, propose local information/awareness activities, and assist the project owner in finding funding.
Rehabilitate and enhance small rural heritage

The program to aid in the rehabilitation and enhancement of rural heritage allows for assisting a municipality that owns small heritage it wishes to rehabilitate or enhance in its project. The engineering provided helps to establish a diagnosis of the heritage, identify relevant stakeholders, and determine the financing modalities for the project. The mixed syndicate of the Park provides advice to the project owner in drafting the specifications and offers support in funding applications.

Support sustainable urban mobility

The extensive peri-urban character of the territory raises mobility challenges that integrated urban strategies must address by pursuing the following objectives: Develop multimodality in urban areas to reduce the carbon footprint and encourage the use of sustainable mobility means; Develop soft road networks in urban areas to encourage the use of sustainable forms of mobility, to secure the practice of soft modes, to ensure continuity throughout the urban territory and a connection with peri-urban and rural areas, in accordance with regional strategies in this area. Deploy alternative fuel storage and recharging stations to fossil fuels, with the aim of reducing the environmental impact of travel, according to a rational network and in a logic of interoperability between the different systems.
Advising public buyers for environmentally responsible procurement

As an experiment, a free environmental advisory service is offered to public buyers as part of the National Plan for Sustainable Procurement 2022-2025 (PNAD), under the name "green counter". This scheme is supported by regional networks for sustainable public procurement, thanks to the support of the General Commission for Sustainable Development. The green counter is intended as a first-level support to enable public buyers to integrate environmental considerations into their purchases. It can concern a particular purchasing act or a general approach. By its nature, the green counter is short-term (approximately 1 hour maximum per request), on questions related to sustainable purchasing. Each question must be the subject of a specific request, via the completion of a form. To date, the service is present in: Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Bas-Rhin, Brittany, Centre-Val de Loire, Hauts de France, Ile-de-France, Normandy, Pays de la Loire, Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Occitanie, with the ambition that the entire territory will eventually be covered.

Co-constructed in partnership with Enedis and GRDF, Prioréno is a digital service that provides local authorities with a free cartographic view of their public building stock and the electricity and gas consumption they generate. Thanks to Prioréno, local authorities can have a consolidated view of all their public real estate. They can thus visualize in a few clicks the consumption of the buildings they manage and identify the renovations to be carried out as a priority as part of their ecological transition. The Banque des Territoires invests in innovative schemes aimed at the acquisition, preservation and medium/long-term ownership of agricultural land. It intervenes in an intermediated way and in addition to other sources of financing in dedicated funds with the technical expertise of impact investment funds, local public companies (EPL) or ESS land companies. Eligible projects are those rooted in one or more territories, which are part of a local public will for agricultural land intervention or within the framework of structuring partnerships and aiming at: the transfer of farms to a new generation of farmers (especially outside the family framework); or the transition to more sustainable agricultural activities (organic farming production, low-carbon label, agroecology, etc.).

Cos'è L’intervento del Fondo per la crescita sostenibile (FCS) definito con il decreto 1° dicembre 2021 del Ministro dello sviluppo economico di concerto con il Ministro dell’economia e delle finanze prevede la concessione di agevolazioni finanziarie a sostegno dei progetti di ricerca, sviluppo e innovazione per la transizione ecologica e circolare a sostegno delle finalità del Green New Deal italiano. La misura è destinata al sostegno dei progetti di imprese ammesse ai finanziamenti agevolati Fondo rotativo per il sostegno alle imprese e gli investimenti in ricerca (FRI), e prevede la concessione di contributi a sostegno delle attività di ricerca industriale, sviluppo sperimentale e, per le PMI, di industrializzazione dei risultati della ricerca e sviluppo. A chi si rivolge Imprese di qualsiasi dimensione che esercitano attività industriali, agroindustriali, artigiane, di servizi all’industria e centri di ricerca, che presentano progetti singolarmente o in forma congiunta. Cosa prevede L’intervento sostiene progetti coerenti con gli ambiti di intervento del Green New Deal italiano, con particolare riguardo agli obiettivi di:- decarbonizzazione dell’economia- economia circolare- riduzione dell’uso della plastica e sostituzione della plastica con materiali alternativi- rigenerazione urbana- turismo sostenibile- adattamento e mitigazione dei rischi sul territorio derivanti dal cambiamento climatico Le attività di ricerca industriale e sviluppo sperimentale devono essere finalizzate alla realizzazione di nuovi prodotti, processi o servizi o al notevole miglioramento di prodotti, processi o servizi esistenti. Gli investimenti per l’industrializzazione, ammessi esclusivamente per le PMI, devono avere un elevato contenuto di innovazione e sostenibilità, ed essere volti a diversificare la produzione di uno stabilimento mediante prodotti nuovi aggiuntivi ovvero a trasformare radicalmente il processo produttivo complessivo di uno stabilimento esistente. Possono essere ammessi distintamente ovvero insieme ad un progetto di ricerca industriale e sviluppo sperimentale nell’ambito di un programma integrato presentato per l’ottenimento di agevolazioni, alle condizioni previste dal decreto. I progetti ammissibili inoltre devono:- essere realizzati nell'ambito di una o più unità locali ubicate nel territorio nazionale- prevedere spese e costi ammissibili non inferiori a 3 milioni e non superiori a 40 milioni di euro- avere una durata non inferiore a 12 mesi e non superiore a 36 mesi- essere avviati successivamente alla presentazione della domanda di agevolazioni Le imprese accedono alle agevolazioni secondo due distinte procedure:- a sportello, per i programmi di importo non inferiore a 3 milioni e non superiore a 10 milioni di euro, con un massimo di tre imprese partecipanti- negoziale, per i programmi di importo superiore a 10 milioni e non superiore a 40 milioni di euro, con un massimo di cinque imprese partecipanti.
