FREDON Occitanie brings together experts in botany, phytopathology, agronomy, and environment. Professions supported by a set of internal and external skills recognized within the FDGDON network in the region. For the delegation of plant health missions, we are recognized as a health-oriented organization (O.V.S) by ministerial decree (Ministry of Agriculture). We provide our expertise to plant holders (farmers, communities, and individuals) and public services (DRAAF, DREAL, ARS, DDTM, territorial and local authorities...) to manage the prevention, surveillance, and control of health hazards in plant health (pests and pathogens) and human health (ragweed, processionary caterpillar...) We also act with the objective of reducing the use of phytosanitary products by leading the Captages d'Eauccitanie and ECOPHYTO Gardens, Green Spaces and Infrastructures (JEVI) initiatives.

The Dynamics, Control and Systems Diagnostics (DCSD) program supports fundamental theoretical, computational, and experimental research that is knowledge-driven or inspired by applications, focusing on the modeling, analysis, diagnostics and control of the dynamic behavior of systems. Proposals submitted to the DCSD program should articulate how the proposed work advances knowledge in at least one of the following foundational areas: Modeling: mathematical frameworks to understand and predict the behavior of dynamic systems. Analysis: theoretical and computational tools for discovery and exploration of salient properties of dynamic systems. Diagnostics: methods to relate underlying causes to observed behaviors of dynamic systems. Control: methods to produce desired behavior, or mitigate undesired behavior, in dynamic systems. The DCSD program encourages principal investigators (PIs) to request the amount of financial support necessary and sufficient to achieve the scope of the proposed research and to justify this accordingly. PIs are encouraged to send a one-page Project Summary to dcsd@nsf.gov to receive feedback from the Program Directors on whether the project aligns with DCSD program objectives.

Cos'è La misura “Nuove imprese a tasso zero” ha l’obiettivo di sostenere, su tutto il territorio nazionale, la creazione e lo sviluppo di micro e piccole imprese a prevalente o totale partecipazione giovanile o femminile. A seguito delle disposizioni previste dal decreto-legge n. 34/2019 e della legge n. 160/2019, con Decreto del Ministro dello sviluppo economico, di concerto con il Ministro dell’economia e delle finanze, 4 dicembre 2020, pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 21 del 27 gennaio 2021, è stata definita la nuova disciplina attuativa in un’ottica di maggiore efficacia dell’intervento. A chi si rivolge Micro e piccole imprese costituite da non più di 60 (sessanta) mesi alla data di presentazione della domanda di agevolazione e in cui la compagine societaria sia composta, per oltre la metà numerica dei soci e di quote di partecipazione, da soggetti di età compresa tra i 18 ed i 35 anni ovvero da donne. Possono accedere anche le persone fisiche che intendono costituire una nuova impresa purché esse facciano pervenire la documentazione necessaria a comprovarne l’avvenuta costituzione entro i termini indicati nella comunicazione di ammissione alle agevolazioni. Cosa prevede Sono ammissibili le iniziative, realizzabili su tutto il territorio nazionale, promosse nei seguenti settori: - produzione di beni nei settori industria, artigianato e trasformazione dei prodotti agricoli,- fornitura di servizi alle imprese e alle persone ivi compresi quelli afferenti all'innovazione sociale, - commercio di beni e servizi, - turismo ivi incluse le attività turistico-culturali finalizzate alla valorizzazione e alla fruizione del patrimonio culturale, ambientale e paesaggistico, nonché' le attività volte al miglioramento dei servizi per la ricettività e l'accoglienza. I programmi di investimento proposti dalle imprese costituite da non più di 36 mesi possono prevedere spese ammissibili non superiori a euro 1.500.000, nell’ambito del predetto massimale può rientrare, altresì, un importo a copertura delle esigenze di capitale circolante (da giustificare nel piano di impresa e utilizzabile ai fini del pagamento di materie prime, servizi necessari allo svolgimento delle attività dell’impresa e godimento di beni di terzi), nel limite del 20% delle spese di investimento. Per le imprese costituite da più di 36 mesi e da non più di 60 mesi, l’importo delle spese ammissibili non può essere superiore a euro 3.000.000. I programmi dovranno essere realizzati entro ventiquattro mesi dalla data di stipula del contratto di finanziamento.
