To facilitate the preparation and/or restoration of land for a project (development, construction, rehabilitation), the EPF d'Alsace may, under its project management, carry out diagnostics and proto-development work in compliance with the public procurement code. With nearly 700,000 inhabitants, Calvados is experiencing steady demographic growth.
