ADILs are associations approved by the ministry in charge of housing (art. L.366-1 et seq. of the CCH). As part of France Relance , and with the support of its partners, the ANDES network of social grocery stores massively supports the creation of new social grocery stores and fights against food insecurity while promoting access to fresh and quality products for isolated or low-income populations. The health crisis we are going through, which has become an economic and social crisis, is permanently affecting already fragile households, and new categories of the population unaccustomed to food aid (students, self-employed workers, single-parent families, low-income families affected by partial unemployment, etc.). Social grocery stores are a relevant response to these new needs, by allowing both dignified and non-stigmatizing access to quality food, personalized support, and help to overcome difficulties. Renovating bridges

Aid - "Bridge renovation plan" set up by the Banque des Territoires, Recovery Plan Objective: France has approximately 300,000 bridges, 10% of which are at risk of structural failure. This figure rises to 18% for bridges under municipal jurisdiction. Lack of knowledge about the actual condition of these bridges, and therefore the associated risks and costs, is a major obstacle to decision-making within local authorities. The Banque des Territoires has therefore designed a turnkey solution - a simple and free upstream pre-diagnosis of the stock to target where to focus efforts, engineering credits for advanced studies on bridges actually at risk, and financing including very long-term loans or equity - in order to put the management of civil engineering structures back at the center and in a long-term vision. During its session on February 5, 2018, the Departmental Council approved the revision of its departmental scheme for sensitive natural areas and proposed new financial support arrangements for community projects, in addition to its own system for sensitive natural areas. Departmental aid applies to biotope restoration and development operations for public reception on natural sites, falling under so-called "ordinary" biodiversity. This aid takes the form of an investment grant, intended to finance the part of the interventions dedicated to natural environments. It cannot cover strictly landscape or ornamental developments devoid of proven added value in terms of biodiversity. Objectives : Preservation or restoration of existing natural environments or the renaturation of degraded natural environments Existence of a structured educational component Commitment to sustainable future management guaranteeing the good conservation of existing biodiversity Final purpose: the enhancement of biodiversity.
