At the scale of a farm or even communal or inter-communal territories, PGHs aim to establish a multi-year program for the enhancement of hedgerows combining profitability and production constraints with sustainable and reasoned hedge management. Objectives of the hedge management plan: estimation of sustainable wood energy production capacity diagnosis of hedge types, their state of conservation and their interest in terms of wood energy, erosion control, biodiversity or landscape Importance of aid: 70% of the ex-tax amount of the study; for individual projects: annual ceiling of eligible expenses of 1,500 euros ex-tax per beneficiary; for community projects: ceiling of eligible expenses of 6,000 euros ex-tax per year (aid cumulative with aid for wood-energy sector animation if the study is carried out by a service provider).
