Support for the development of media libraries in the departmental public reading network

Description of the scheme and its link with a departmental policy:

As part of its policy dedicated to cultural heritage, the Department supports the realization of works aimed at the creation of a new public reading facility, its rehabilitation, its extension or offering new services.

Types of eligible operations/projects:

• investment and equipment project of local interest,

• structuring investment projects,

• investment projects of departmental interest.

The following may be subsidized:

• preliminary studies allowing the initiation of this operation (feasibility, programming, etc.).

• construction, development, rehabilitation or extension work of a media library (structural work, finishing work and project management fees),

• equipment expenses for the media library (adapted furniture, IT or multimedia equipment) allowing access to resources
