Structures that participate in the development of books and reading in the territories through actions that promote the valorization of book professionals (authors, publishers, booksellers) with the aim of maintaining and promoting editorial diversity and the entire book chain. They ensure the engineering of the "Jeunes en librairie" (Youth in bookstores) program between project partners.

Projects from the interprofessional book and reading sector that contribute to this policy can benefit from a subsidy from the Ministry of Culture.
