CREATION OF CONVENTIONED MUNICIPAL OR INTER-MUNICIPAL HOUSING

Objective

To assist in the rehabilitation and development of existing buildings in municipalities with a view to creating one or more social housing units, conventioned with the State for a period of at least 15 years.

Eligible operations

Operations to create conventioned housing (from non-conventioned housing or a change of use of premises), with assisted financing (PALULOS), requiring rehabilitation to obtain at least a C energy label, and in municipalities identified at least as a central hub.

Limited to 3 municipal (or inter-municipal) housing units in the same municipality, for the duration of the agreement between the Department and the EPCI.

Exclusions

Newly constructed housing.

Amount/Rate of aid

• In agreement with rental intermediation = €8,000 per housing unit.
• In agreement with direct management by the community = €5,000 per housing unit
