SUPPORT FOR ADAPTED GROUP HOUSING OPERATIONS INCLUDING A SHARED SPACE

Objective

To assist grouped operations of subsidized rental housing dedicated to elderly or disabled people, under the "Benevolent Watch" or "Inclusive Housing" schemes in connection with the departmental autonomy plan, and requiring the creation of a shared space.

Eligible operations

• Grouped construction or acquisition-improvement operations of subsidized rental housing adapted to the specific needs of a person in a situation of loss of autonomy, elderly and/or disabled, financed with a PLAi or a PLUS approved by the State, including the creation of a shared space allowing the deployment of the Benevolent Watch scheme or a social project eligible for the departmental "inclusive housing" call for projects. Operations validated by the MDA.
• The project must be part of a broader vision of needs in the territory and must justify the appropriateness of the location in the commune (level of equipment and services).

Exclusions

Operation not conforming to the MDA specifications for Benevolent Watch or inclusive housing (annexed specifications: https://collectivites.ladrome.fr/le-nouveau-dispositif-departemental-dintervention-en-faveur-de-lhabitat-adopte/).
