PRODUCTION OF SOCIAL RENTAL HOUSING ADAPTED TO LOSS OF AUTONOMY

Objective

To help produce social rental housing designed to meet the needs of people experiencing loss or lack of autonomy.

Eligible operations

Construction or acquisition-improvement operations for social rental housing adapted to the specific needs of a person experiencing loss of autonomy due to aging and financed with PLAi, or PLUS, approved by the State. Program approved by the State

The operation must comply with the MDA specifications according to the Cœur de Quartier Cœur de Village or Veille Bienveillante or Habitat Inclusif label or other future schemes (cf. annexed specifications: https://collectivites.ladrome.fr/le-nouveau-dispositif-departemental-dintervention-en-faveur-de-lhabitat-adopte/).

The project must be part of a broader vision of needs in the territory and must justify the appropriateness of the location in the commune (level of equipment and services).

Exclusion

Housing already financed under the basic aid in PLAi or territorialized aid in PLUS.
Operation not compliant with the MDA specifications.
