SUPPORT FOR THE RENOVATION OF SOCIAL RESIDENCES

Objective

To assist in the rehabilitation of subsidized housing under PLAi, as social residences, including an energy component guaranteeing an adapted fee level for residents.

Eligible operations

Rehabilitation operations of social housing rented as social residences, including an energy component allowing to achieve at least a C label after works. Program approved by the State

Exclusions

Housing used for emergency accommodation, in CHRS, transitional housing and housing subject to a Temporary Housing Allowance (ALT)

Beneficiaries

Associations approved by the State for project management or social landlords.

Amount/Rate of aid

€2,500 per dwelling.

Documents required for the application

• Project presentation note specifying in particular the address of the works, supplemented by a site plan,
• Description of the project allowing to achieve the C label,
• Provisional schedule for start and end of works,
• State approval decision issued during construction or acquisition-improvement,
• Provisional financing plan mentioning the eligible amount excluding VAT,
• RIB
