PRODUCTION OF ADAPTED HOUSING FOR TRAVELERS

Objective

To assist in the production of social rental housing approved by the State under PLAi adapted for travelers, within the framework of the challenges of settling travelers as outlined in the departmental reception plan for travelers.

Eligible operations

Construction operations and family plots, financed under adapted PLAi, whose programming has been approved by the State.

Spaces in reception areas

Associations approved by the State for Project Management or social landlords

12,500€ per dwelling.

• Project presentation note specifying the address of the works, supplemented by a site plan,
• Provisional schedule for start and end of works
• State "Funding Decision",
• Provisional financing plan mentioning the eligible amount excluding tax
• RIB (Bank Account Details)
