Construction of rental housing as part of the development of existing brownfields in the heart of the village (near shops and services) or infill sites (in urban planning, this refers to an unbuilt space located in the heart of the village and surrounded by built plots, so areas in urban expansion are excluded), deconstruction, site remediation and rehabilitation.

• Young workers' hostels (FJT)

Young workers' hostels are non-profit institutions that provide accommodation (room and/or studio) including a set of material facilities, catering, as well as means that directly or indirectly promote their integration into social life, for young people aged 16 to 30 (students, apprentices, trainees or in precarious situations) who live away from their families.
